Very creative and original idea. Merging two distinct ideas that, when combined, created something unique!

This was rad as hell, had a ton of fun playing!

Genius design 10/10

Well this was an absolute blast, what a cool little concept with a wonderful little reward c:

Cool concept, I was looking for "Card Hog" but for free, and I have found this. Even better. I would be even happier if I could played it on my mobile phone.

It was a nice and relaxing game. Definitely some cool ideas in her

Love the concept. Really Fun

I love this game! it will great to play a longer version.

Really enjoyable concept, I would like to see more. There is some minor technical issues with screen resolution, overlapping music or quit that freezes WebGL version.

I beat it first try and had tons of fun! I loved the idea of the overheat system so much, I'm used to exploring dungeons in rougelikes but this made me have to think if it was worth it every single choice I had. Plus the items had a lot of variety to them as well! I could play this again and again and never get bored.

I love this game! Please consider a longer, full version to sell. Take my money. :)

Love it :D this is a lot of fun!

It's so funny to explore someone's file dungeon!A good adventure, and I peek the treasure! So cute!

Love this game!Look forward to your future work :)

Hi, this is such a cool game and I adore the concept! If you would like it localized into Italian, I can translate it for free :) I already have one year of experience as a freelance translator, but I would love to work on free indie games as well!

This is incredibly original and has very strong potential for a full commercial game. Well done!

Love the game! Super simple and easy to understand and super fun to play!

It'd be great if you ever plan on expanding it!

(+1)

wow the game-loop kept me playing for I don't know how long hahaaha. I love this game dude. It was so much fun. Thanks for creating it. I wish I could suggest improvements or expansion ideas but I really like it already. It's awesome. May be a small storyline would have helped? I don't know.

Very cool game! I like it a lot! I wouldn't mind if it were longer, it feels fun to go through. I did notice a bug: the music plays over itself when returning to the main menu after beating the game.

I love the concept and it plays so nicely :) Its super fun, responsive, polished and cute, i can see this becoming a medium/long adventure with narrative and all. Good job!!

More!

This game is pretty fun! It could use better indicators to what room you're in / Better ways to keep up with the information the game throws at you. Otherwise, this is a really good game and I enjoyed it a lot!

I liked this game too! Half-agree with you, half-don't! I think the lack of a map is part of what makes the game fun. I think it would be too easy if you could see where you were on a map for instance. So I think too much of a change would ruin the game. But maybe some slight tweaks would not simplify things too much.

well, you can mark a room or item by right clicking it with either a red or a green mark. i just learned this, and its super useful

love the gameplay loop, would live to see an expansion of the mechanics and more difficulty to it. This game is awesome man, great job!

very well done the game is rather balanced the only thing I want is more levels because it was so good

Such a simple and fun little game loop! I'd love to see more of a lean into the file/folder concept in the mechanics.

It would be great if the breadcrumb menu at the top of the interface was clickable to backtrack a few rooms at a time. For additional content, you could think about adding some puzzles that would involve copying/pasting files from previously explored rooms (.eg copying MagicRune.jpeg into a folder called "MagicRuneIndentation") or changing filetypes to make them work in different contexts (.eg changing "bridge.mp3" to "bridge.jpeg" to make a "door across the bridge" folder appear)

Just some thoughts. Great job!

Fun game with a nice risk-reward system. The only problems are that there aren't many incentives to kill monsters apart from specific moments and that cul de sacs are annoying. Also love the art and the concept ;)

What a great game and fun concept. I love the randomness of it. It took me a bit to get the heat mechanic but once I did, I was unstoppable. I would love to see this expanded. Great work.

I made a video on the game if anyone wants to see:

Sick game. I found myself easily becoming overpowered for the later "floors", and in I could easily beat the final floor with the loot I had from a floor earlier, but other than that I loved it. The heat system is a great way to add a sense of "urgency" without a timer, and punish players who gets lost.

I had what I think was a small bug, where multiple music tracks would play at once, maybe the track is meant to be that chaotic, but it was definitely overwhelming audio wise.

(+4)

Neat little game. I've taken to setting myself challenges for each run to add more variety, such as:

-Pyromania: Don't use any items that reduce heat; no ice cream, snowmen, hot flames, etc.

-One Hit Wonder: Don't use any max health upgrades.

-Respect for the Dead/ Actual Archaeology/ Five Second Rule: Don't loot any corpses/ Don't open any chests/ Don't pick up anything from the floor of the rooms.

-Not One Step Back: Never backtrack unless you've hit a dead end.

-Picky Earner: Only pick up stacks of coins that match your current floor, e.g. only pick up single coins on floor one, only pick up stacks of 6 on floor six.

I find it adds a lot of replayability and difficulty. Perhaps a future version of the game could implement an achievement system?

this is a lot of fun! thoroughly enjoyed. i'd love a longer or endless version as the gameplay loop is pretty addicting.
