Love the game for that its simple, catchy and fun.
Could absolutely see that the character gets up to 3 staple jokes he always has on its mind and can throw them in at any time to hit those combos more reliably.
As a Game QA Tester I recommend to put a pause when the joke is written on the screen with a "continue button", so that I can read it without hurry. Adding this is more accesible to people who doesnt read fast and non-english speakers like me.
